1. Base Film Preparation
Select PET base film, attach a layer of metallic powder/metallic color powder via the powder sprinkling process, then complete curing, lamination and final rolling. Note: Ensure the powder layer is evenly distributed to avoid uneven metallic appearance.
2. Design & Layout
Design patterns with computer software, apply mirror layout, then load the heat transfer film into the laser marking machine. Important: Use vector files for precise cutting and ensure proper mirroring to avoid reversed designs.
3. Cutting & Engraving

4. Waste Removal
