- High-definition camera scanning, precise recognition of material contour texture; Integration of visual software system,changing the history of multi-software interaction, with easy and fast operation; Images can be positioned automaticallyand accurately, with recognition error controlled within +0.1mm.
- Four high-precision, durable, and original imported print heads are adopted. It sprays primer directly to strengthenproduct adhesion, saving time and labor with even spraying. High saturation and bright colors can be achieved through 8-color printing. Relief, glossy, and frosted effects are achievable at the same time, meeting different customers' needs.
- Intelligently controlled by software that supports 2-12mm high-drop printing, it reduces flatness requirements forprinting media and meets printing requirements for uneven surfaces of some products.
- The machine chassis is formed by aluminum alloy mold opening and assembly, refined by a CNC milling machine. Themachining accuracy of the guide rail surface is controlled within 0.02mm. Its materials are solid, not easily deformed, and offer high stability.
- The left and right stretchable design of the operation panel avoids operation errors caused by the platform blocking thekey panel during machine operation, improving user experience. The key panel is carefully designed for convenient operation and easy maintenance.
