Silicone heat transfer film process: Design and layout patterns using professional software, selecting eco-friendly silicone transfer films and positioning carriers. Use precision laser engraving equipment to accurately cut the pattern outlines according to the design drawings, then remove waste material from non-pattern areas. Transfer the silicone design firmly onto the garment surface using high-temperature and high-pressure heat pressing equipment (150-160°C temperature, 0.3-0.4 MPa pressure, 12-15 seconds). After cooling and peeling off the film, inspect the adhesion, color saturation, and wash resistance of the printed pattern to complete the final garment product.
