This silicone HTV process targets repeatable results across mixed fabric lots. Minimum reproducible detail is 0.1mm with 600dpi artwork, and durability is validated at ≥ Grade 4 wash fastness and ≥ Grade 4-5 rub fastness under controlled evaluation. For color-sensitive polyester programs, a practical check is ΔE* drift after accelerated laundering (e.g., AATCC 61 conditions), which helps operators catch dye interaction before full-scale output.

1. Ingredient Preparation & Substrate Pretreatment
With two-component addition-cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR) as core material, complete compound weighing, mixing, high-vacuum defoaming, and pass core tests (viscosity, curing activity). PET release liner undergoes corona treatment and constant-temperature preheating to adjust surface tension, remove moisture, static and impurities.
2. Coating, Curing & Slitting
Qualified silicone compound is fed into slot die coating system, evenly coated on pretreated PET liner, with tight control of thickness and flatness to avoid appearance defects. Coated film passes through multi-stage online curing oven to form silicone HTV base film, then CNC slit and rewound to target specifications.
3. CNC Pattern Engraving
Place the split and finished pure silicone engraved film onto the CNC engraving equipment, import the vector file of the transfer mark pattern confirmed by the customer, set the engraving parameters suitable for the silicone material, and carry out the engraving of the pattern outline.
4. Pattern Weeding & Transfer Label Preparation
Engraved film is transferred to weeding station, excess silicone and inner hollow waste are removed via peeling and suction devices. Qualified products are CNC slit to specs.
5. Garment Heat Transfer & Final Inspection
Silicone transfer label is accurately positioned on garment fabric, then heat pressed with silicone-specific temperature, pressure and time parameters. Peel off release liner after transfer; secondary low-temperature curing is optional to improve fastness. Full production is completed after passing appearance and fastness inspection.
